Trivia & FA Cup Final Report
The annual tradition continued on Saturday night as many braved the elements in search of knowledge, a good game of football and a beer with their mates. Some found very little of the first two, but the latter was always a given considering the company.
Well done to Jack's Jokers who won the Trivia Night, again. We note that palming off Eamonn to the Y-Gen meant they won by a record margin this year!
Also well done to Chris Harley, although professional pool players should not be allowed to enter an amateur pool comp.
Congratulations to the door prize winners: Greavesy, Bondy, Paris and the Jewitts (who can now eat for the next week thanks to the GGM roast voucher).
A special thanks Graeme of Clueless for putting on the trivia for us. Also to all those who made the effort, we appreciate your support. The numbers were a bit down on expectations, but the atmosphere was at its usual best throughout the night and the GGM food was a highlight!
Finally a special thanks to that cute blonde who baked the FA Cup cake (she can come back again)!
