Following a last minute change to The Swan Hotel in Richmond, due to a double booking @ the usual Toorak Bowls venue, the rush was on to get the room set up in time for the pre-match trivia, hosted by former team mate Graeme O'Neill of Clueless. Again, more than 50 players and friends packed into the upstairs function room to enjoy the trivia, prizes, finger food, drinks, football on the big screen.
For the record, the Geriatrics, consisting of Beamer, Jimmy, Jack and Ian, amongst others, won the trivia night with an emphatic display of knowledge of completely useless information, proving that you're never too old to compete. And... if anyone cares, Chelsea won the FA Cup 1-0 over Manchester United with an extra time miskick in what was possibly one of the most boring FA Cup finals since Chelsea beat Aston Villa by the same score in 2000.
